Address small issues promptly

What woman, if she has ten silver coins and loses one coin, does not light a lamp and sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? (Luke 15:8).

A common saying in today’s business environment, is “Don’t sweat the small stuff.” When we lose a bid or a customer, we shrug it off, thinking it’s not a big deal. if we allow this mindset to take hold we are in big trouble. The alternative approach is “take care of the little things, and the big things will take care of themselves”.

By addressing small issues promptly and persistently, we prevent them from growing into larger, more complex problems.

This proactive approach requires discipline and dedication, but it yields significant dividends in the long run.

Take Action: Today, take the initiative to:

•  Reach out to a lost customer and work towards winning them back

•  Conduct a thorough search for missing inventory

•  Make one more call to collect an overdue payment
